Wibigo Partner Program
The Wibigo Partner Program is for independent partners who sell Wibigo products to their own customers under the Wibigo brand. This is a co-brand model — not white-label: the customer uses Wibigo as Wibigo, and you are the partner in between. For every customer you bring, you earn recurring commission on what they pay, for as long as they stay active.
The program runs on its own portal: partner.wibigo.com.
How do I join?
- Go to partner.wibigo.com and sign in with your existing Wibigo account. There is no separate password — you use the same account through single sign-on (SSO).
- Complete the short partner application. Your application goes to review and shows as "Application under review" in your panel.
- Once approved, the portal fully opens; your referral link and materials become available.
Before approval (during the KYC / application-under-review stage) you can browse the portal, but you start earning commission only after you're approved.
Tiers and earnings
Partners are grouped into four tiers, and your tier rises based on your number of paying active customers:
| Tier | How you level up |
|---|---|
| Starter | The tier you begin on when you join |
| Certified | Once you reach a set number of paying active customers |
| Gold | With more active customers |
| Elite | At the highest active-customer volume |
The higher your tier, the higher your commission rate. The rate also splits over time into two bands: the rate you earn during a customer's first 12 months is higher than the tail rate after 12 months.
Tier thresholds and rates are set by Wibigo and may be adjusted from time to time. You always see your current rates in the portal's Dashboard summary.
How does a customer get attributed to me?
There are three ways for a customer to count as yours:
- Referral link — your personal link from the Referral page in the portal. Sign-ups through this link are attributed to you.
- Coupon code — your assigned code, which the customer uses at sign-up or checkout.
- Deal registration — you register a prospect in advance under your name (see below).
Each customer belongs to exactly one partner (channel isolation). Whoever locks a customer first keeps them — so route prospects through your referral link early, or register them as a deal.
What is deal registration?
You can protect a prospect you haven't closed yet by registering it in advance. On the Registered Deals page in the portal:
- By email — self-serve, applied instantly.
- By domain — requires admin approval.
A registered deal reserves that customer for you for a limited window (about 30 days). If the customer starts paying within this window, the commission is credited to you.
Commission lifecycle
Every commission you earn moves through these stages:
- Pending — the customer paid, the commission was created, but it isn't final yet.
- Cleared — after the clawback (refund) window (about 90 days) closes, the commission becomes final.
- Paid — the cleared commission has been paid out to you.
If the customer gets a refund within the clawback window, the related commission is reversed. That's why a commission can take up to 90 days to move to "cleared".
You track which stage your commissions are in on the portal's Commissions page.
How are payouts made?
Payouts are made monthly, per currency, and above a certain threshold. If you don't clear the threshold in a given month, the balance rolls over to the next. You see all payout history and your upcoming payout on the portal's Payouts page.
