Create and send an invoice
From your Wibigo panel, you can create branded invoices for your customers, send them with card payment links, and track payments in one place.
First, set up your branding and defaults (one time)
- Go to the Invoices section and open Invoice settings.
- Fill in your logo, brand color, and business details — your invoice PDFs and emails will use this branding.
- Choose a default currency and tax rate; new invoices will open with these values.
Create an invoice
- In the Invoices section, click Create → Invoice.
- Select a customer or create one with Add new customer (you'll need a country for the invoice).
- Add line items: description, quantity, price, and Tax %. The preview on the left shows your customer what they'll see.
- Click Send.
Your customer gets a branded email with the PDF invoice attached. If your Stripe account is connected, the email also includes a card payment link, and payment goes straight to your account.
Track payments
- Card payments automatically mark the invoice as Paid.
- For bank transfers or cash, open the invoice and click Mark as paid.
- Download the invoice as PDF anytime with Download PDF.
To quickly turn an appointment into an invoice, you can ask Wictor "invoice this appointment" — the appointment details, service, and customer info will auto-fill the invoice form.
You set the tax rate for each line item. Amounts you collect go to your Stripe account with tax included; tax reporting and filing are your responsibility. If Stripe isn't connected, you can still send invoices — just without the payment link. For bank transfers or cash, use Mark as paid to record them.
