Get paid by card
When you connect your own Stripe account, your customers pay by card and the money — without going through Wibigo — goes straight to your bank account. The same account works in three places: orders on your site, payment links, and invoice collections.
Connect your Stripe account
- In the panel, open Connected Accounts from your profile (or use the Connect your Stripe account button in Orders → Delivery & payment settings).
- Click Connect next to Stripe and complete the steps Stripe directs you through.
- Once Stripe verifies your identity, card payments will show as On in the panel.
What options does your customer see?
Your site's order flow can offer two payment methods:
- Card Payment — your customer pays securely on a payment page with their card; the order shows as Paid in your panel once payment is complete.
- Cash on Delivery — your customer pays in cash or by card on delivery.
You can turn both on and off from Orders → Delivery & payment settings: the Card Payment and Cash on Delivery toggles. At least one payment method must stay on — the panel won't save if you turn both off.
Connecting Stripe doesn't turn off cash on delivery; both can be offered together. If you want to temporarily stop card payments, just toggle it off — you don't need to disconnect your account.
Since payments collect in your own Stripe account, you are the merchant: refunds, disputes, and tax reporting all happen through your Stripe account.
