Update your Shopify products
When you change prices or inventory on your Shopify store, you need to reflect that in your Wibigo catalog. Wibigo does this automatically once an hour; you can also fetch changes manually in between.
Manual updates are two steps: first you see what will change, then you approve. This way, a price difference you manually corrected won't change back without you noticing.
Steps
- Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu and open the Connected Accounts tab.
- Click the Shopify row under the Transfer your products to Wibigo heading.
- Click the Check for changes button. Wibigo reads the current state from Shopify but doesn't change anything yet.
- Read the result:
- Everything is up to date — no changes in ... product. → nothing to do.
- Changes in ... product. → each row lists the product name and changed fields: Price, Inventory, Stock code, Variants. The old value is struck through, the new value is shown in bold.
- Review the list. If you want to apply, click Apply changes; if you want to cancel, click Cancel.
The Shopify · Sync now button on the My Products screen also takes you directly to this page.
What changes and what doesn't
- Comes from Shopify: price, inventory quantity, stock code (SKU), and variants.
- Stays with you: product name, your description, and your photos. Edits you make to these fields in Wibigo are preserved in sync.
Some products may be listed with a Not found on Shopify warning — those products may have been deleted on the Shopify side. They remain unchanged in your Wibigo catalog; you can delete them manually if you want.
At the top of the page you can see how many products are connected and when the last update was performed.
