We honour your right to have your personal data deleted under the GDPR and comparable laws. Here is how to remove each kind of data we hold.
In Wibigo, open your site's control panel, go to the Google Business Profile (or Google Calendar) connection and choose Disconnect. Wibigo revokes the token with Google and deletes the stored connection together with the Google data cached against it — access and refresh tokens, imported business details and cached reviews. You can also revoke Wibigo's access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
When you remove the Wibigo app from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, all data tied to that connection (access tokens, synced catalog and message data) is automatically deleted from our systems.
To delete your account and everything associated with it, email privacy@wibigo.com with the subject "Data Deletion" from the address on your Wibigo account, or request it in the app under Settings → Account. Requests are completed within 30 days and we confirm by email when they are done. Backups are rotated automatically and expire within the same period.
