When you connect a sales channel to Wibigo, personal data about your customers passes through our systems. For that data you are the controller and Wibigo OÜ is the processor — see section 15 of our Terms of Service, which is the data processing agreement required by Article 28 of the GDPR.
Article 28 lets us engage other processors only with your authorisation. This page is that authorisation made concrete: every third party that may process your customers' personal data on our behalf is named below, with what it is used for and where it processes data. We keep it current, and we tell you before adding or replacing anyone on it.
These providers hold or transmit data for the platform as a whole.

Payment providers act as independent controllers for the card data they collect; we never receive or store card numbers. They are listed because order and contact details pass to them to complete a payment.

Processing takes place primarily inside the European Economic Area. Where a provider above operates outside it, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard, together with the provider's own supplementary measures.
We notify affected customers by email before a new sub-processor begins processing their customers' personal data, and you may object as described in section 15 of the Terms of Service. To be notified, or to ask anything about this list, write to privacy@wibigo.com.
